Digital anxiety — the stress and overwhelm caused by constant connectivity, notification overload, and screen dependency — affects an estimated 1 in 3 adults but has almost no dedicated design solutions. CalmSpace is a mobile concept that treats digital anxiety as a first-class design problem rather than a productivity byproduct.

The app offers structured breathing sessions, screen-time rituals, and ambient sound environments — all delivered through a UI deliberately stripped of the design patterns (infinite scroll, dopamine loops, badge counts) that cause anxiety in the first place. CalmSpace won the A' Design Award Iron, NY Product Design Awards Silver, and London Design Silver.
