AI-Assisted Multi-person Authorization Enforcement

Veritas' data backup platform serves 87% of the Fortune Global 500. This project introduced Multi-person Authorization (MPA) enforcement — a security layer requiring multiple authorized approvals before sensitive operations execute — alongside an AI Copilot that guides users through complex compliance workflows.

I led end-to-end UX: from stakeholder alignment and security-flow mapping, through 40+ screen designs covering the full authorization lifecycle, to handoff and QA with engineering. The result reduced unauthorized change incidents by preventing single-point-of-failure access in high-stakes enterprise environments.
